Our teachers are our pride and strength. Teachers at Engineer’s Academy
are drawn from different backgrounds, taking into consideration a number of factors
apart from academic excellence. The faculty consists of teachers who wish to take
up part time employment. Teachers who wish to take up part time employment. This
enables the teachers to have a great deal of time for preparation of the classes.
Teachers are expected to have spontaneity, ample empathy with their students and
considerable awareness on a wide range of subjects.
The main reason for this being the heterogeneous blend of the classes.
The teacher may have to face students from college, job seekers, housewives and
professionals. The teachers are given extensive training on teaching methods and
handling students in the most sensitive manner.
Teacher participates in various workshops and seminars held by the
management from time to time to update their skills. Our teachers understand that
teaching at Engineer’s Academy is very different from teaching at schools and colleges.
As they motivate students to speak English, they realize what they have accomplished.
Though the management maintains a watchful eye to monitor the performance of the
teachers, it is also ever ready to provide the necessary infrastructure to maintain
the quality standards. A wide range of books are always within the reach of the
teachers to attain perfection.

The faculty also undertakes projects under the heading of "technical consultancy":

professors take up advisory role in various projects of the government, industry
